No argument on these projects I've made and sold a few of my own designs of these projects All are reasonably easy to make For me the biggest issue is inventory I have no space for inventory So everything I make is already a customer piece I charge half down right up front and the rest at delivery That way I can guarantee the material is covered Worse case scenario which knock on wood has yet to happen Is someone backing out I make sure that they understand the initial deposit is non-refundable unless they want raw materials No one generally would want raw materials, so I don't sweat that one If they did back out I would consider finishing it and trying to sell it anyway or potentially negotiating a discounted sale price and losing some options I don't want inventory Comment from : Industrial Pallet Worx |
