Guys, it's not just the EVs, but the entire push to switch to electric everything Back in the 80's I moved to the Appalachians Forty-six days later, we had about 30" of snow in the area The power lines went down, and we were in the dark for about 12 days Luckily, we did have a fireplace, so we lived in one room for two weeks The last home we owned there had electric heat, gas heat, a Yodel wood stove and a generator Now, we live on the coast, and we deal with hurricanes Guess what, we have the same scenario brbrPrior to retiring as a utility construction worker twelve years ago, the grid is tired and overloaded The conductors are rotten and there was about 2,000,000 miles needing replacement and upgrading along with the supporting structures If this were made a priority, I doubt ver seriously that the necessary upgrades could be made within 30 years to accommodate the switch to electric everything

During the Toyota video I watched on YouTube, they mentioned that the internal combustion engine that Toyota developed to run on ammonia will fit into existing cars Also mentioned a possible 70 / 30 blend of ammonia and 30 gasoline Ammonia burns clean and isn’t difficult to produce

I have 2 EV bikes, an EV tractor mower, an EV BMW, EV power banks, battery notebooks, battery phones, rechargeable battery torches, rechargeable garden tools, rechargeable garage tools, battery tablets etc, etc These all share similar technology but here's the thing, none have EVER gone wrong We are also fully paid up petrol heads running a V6 petrol, a V8 petrol and a couple of diesels but the car we chose to use most is the BMW EV It's quiet, it's fast, you can actually hear the hi-fi, there's no smell, there's hardly any servicing needed, no road tax, no exhausts falling off, no oil changes and absolutely no need to visit a petrol station twice a week

I Have my Tesla P85D since 2014, and with it I got Lifetime Charging, got it in Burbank California, brought it to Houston, Texas, and never got a problem with it, neither charging, nor with anything this person is talking about My car can charge ANYWHERE, and is the safest car ever built The cars this person is talking about are crap, had defective LG batteries, and the fires were due to those defective batteries I believe this person had bad experience and that is why he says so many bad things, but I am buying another Tesla, a model Y, and have a deposit for the three-motor Cybertruck, and I am not going back to gasoline, ever I am not willing to be at the mercy of the oil and gas industries I have solar panels, and two Tesla Power packs at home, so I am off the grid, and except for tires, and once for a brake job, I never had to pay for maintenance or repairs for my Tesla in almost 185K miles I have on my P85D And the OTA maintains it like new But everyone's experience is different, and I can see his point of view, that is totally apposite to my experience!!!!!
