Which 4 seater convertibles would you recommend? Once as a daily driver, once as a fun car?prefers no direct injection because of the coking in the intake ducts (or sealing piston rings on Audis), thx, I no longer have confidence in current cars Comment from : Brüll Mücke |

Toyotas are boring because boring people buy them It's one of the negative consequences of their success that people who don't care about cars tend to pick the most reliable cars with the lowest TCO That gives them the image of being boring cars, because these people don't baby their vehicles, and don't really know what they're capable of They leave "Camry bumper" alone because they just don't care They pick beige, silver and brown for the car's color (nothing wrong with that, but sometimes it seems that's the only colors Toyotas come in brbrAn example from another market is computers/phones The biggest reason Apple products have done so well is because they portray themselves as the alternative to boring, beige, corporate PCs They're "cool" to a lot of people, even though they're actually the Toyota of their industry They've managed to avoid the image of the risk-averse incumbent long after that's what they really became Toyota could learn something from them, IMO Even though I kinda hate Apple lol Comment from : sproutpits |

16:08I'd recommend the MK3 Cabrio and the MK4 (which is actually a MK3 face-lift with a MK4 front end) Those are more modern, and since they shared a lot of parts with the MK3 Golf hatchback/wagon and the Jetta, parts are pretty easy to find They're also very reliable if you get the 20 engine Comment from : Damilola Akanni |

The last all-new, buy this, not that video was about all-wheel-drive (AWD) vehicles, that was completed and uploaded by the Car Wizard at the beginning of the holiday season, which ended two weeks ago Now, in 2023, the next video will be the six used vehicles that you need to avoid, due to the conclusion of its lifecycle and the unknown costs to keep these older vehicles on the road The supply chain issues for brand-new and newer used vehicles, as well as long delays for vehicle deliveries will about to end a little later in the current year The first vehicle to avoid at all costs is the early-to-mid-2000's Ford Taurus with the 3 L Duratec V6 engine, because they have some transmission problems, electrical issues and so forth The Vulcan models are fairly reliable and they do not get old for a certain period of time, if they are well maintained The second vehicle not to buy will be the first-generation, 2003 to 2008 Toyota Matrix with the 18 L four-cylinder engine and any transmission, because the odometer reading stops at 299,999, whether if it is in miles or kilometres (same thing with the Corolla and Vibe) and it is underpowered when going uphill They also have electrical issues, as well, especially during the startup of the engine sometimes This is the reason, most of these Matrix's and Vibe's get sent to the auction following their trade-in at the dealership The third vehicle to not buy is the 2001 to 2005 Pontiac Aztek, because they have the 3400 (34 L) V6 engine, which is known to blow head gaskets, they get abused and totaled by the youngest owners, especially teenagers and they have numerous amount of problems Run away from these Aztek's, as quickly as possible The fourth vehicle to never purchase is the 2007 to 2012 Dodge Nitro with either the 37 L or the 4 L V6 engine, because I had a cousin who got involved in a vehicular accident with a big rig (good thing it had a great crash test rating), it had some electrical issues and the 37 L V6 engine was known to blow head gaskets, same with the 34 L V6 engine from GM But, the 4 L V6 engine is very reliable and it is slightly fuel-efficient than the 37 L V6 engine You can still buy an older, first-generation, 2002 to 2007 Jeep Liberty with the 37 L V6 engine, which are reliable Do not buy the Dodge Nitro, ever Anyway, the fifth vehicle not to buy will most likely be the second-generation, 2001 to 2003 Acura 32 CL (including Type-S) with the five-speed automatic transmission The 32 L V6 engine from Acura is reliable, but these older Acura's (including Honda's with the V6 engine) from the early-2000's had numerous transmission problems, these vehicles were abused and illegal stunts were done by teenagers and younger adults, due to immaturity and recklessness and they failed like crazy from electronics to the engine components These CL's are already in the garbage dump or already scrapped Please for the love of God, run the hell away from these Acura CL's Do not buy any of them, ever The sixth and final vehicle to forget about purchasing would be the 2013 to 2019 Ford Escape with any of the EcoBoost four-cylinder engines, because these engines break down most of the time, they have a lot of problems with the software system (similar to the 2012 to 2019 Ford Focus), they have problems with GDI technology and so forth The 25 L four-cylinder engine is the only exception to these newer Escape's or better yet, buy the 2014 to 2021 Mazda CX-5 with the same engine displacement with Skyactiv technology from Mazda and a little higher horsepower rating (ranging from 169 to 187) The CX-5 is far more reliable than the Escape You can also go for the turbocharged version of the late-2010's or the early-2020's CX-5, as well Do not ever buy the 2013 to 2019 Ford Escape and/or do not ever buy any newer Ford product with any EcoBoost four-cylinder engine Take my word from that, people So, I hope you have a great weekend and I hope that the Car Wizard will pass this motion of ideas for the next six used vehicles to never, ever buy in general, as well as the next all-new, buy this, not that installment Thank you very much and good luck on your first or next vehicular purchase Remember to only buy a used vehicle, do not buy a brand new one Comment from : Mark Dumagpi |
|

YouTube DO NOT listen to this joker! Comment from : Jose Lopez |

I daily drive a 2006 NC Miata and absolutely love it No issues and the engine and (manual of course) transmission is strong as can be I chose the NC due to the increased horsepower, timing CHAIN and the deal i got on it It had 193k miles, now 203k, and it drives like it has half that Idk why the NC gets so much hate The aftermarket is really good too Comment from : R M |

|
Unpopular opinion, you'd be better off getting an NC Miata 2006-2015 (2011 and later would be best) Better looking, slightly more interior room, bigger engine, more than likely less expensive than the NB due to being less popular with the Miata crowd Comment from : Stephen Cavanaugh |
|
So wizard, a year ago in your video Audi's to buy and not to buy, you recommended the 98 to 06 TT as a car to buy Now in this video, you say definitely don't buy those same year TT's Would you mind sharing why you changed your mind in the past year on the TT? Comment from : David A |

I think the air-cooled VW shouldn't necessarily be on the the NOT-TO-BUY list They are often pushing 50 years, so anything that old, I understand can be a bit of a challenge to maintain, tough parts are in several countries and they are PLENTIFUL and CHEAP! The idea that air-cooled VW's are complex or confusing to work on is not an issue They are generally easier to work on than most cars and how they work is self-evident Either you know it as you figure it out, or you give up right away They are not complicated, which is an attribute to their international success I am an avid viewer/fan of Car Wizard and I was a bit thrown off when he mentioned that they are on the NOT-TO-BUY list, when it is really on the fence at the worst Clearly there are other models to add such as the notorious CRYSTLER SEBRING! Just run away when one of these is offered to younot mentioned and Car Wizard failed on this note I could swear he mentioned how bad these cars are in the past videos Comment from : Erik Pfeifer |
