Depends on your diet If you're trying to build muscle using plant based protein, you're likely missing certain amino acids required to make the protein type you need to build muscle In this case all the 'protein' you've taken will be useless without the missing jigsaw pieces

I agree that for most athletes EAAs are not needed But for those who have to commit to high intensity/ long training session very early in the morning (hence most likely in a fasted state), adding EAAs to their carbohydrate drink has been shown to improve recovery - when such is consumed before or during the workout

EHHH hes really wrong about the test boosters… if your educated about them you know it’s not really to boost your test to “above average” its actually to keep your test stable throughout the day Testosterone fluctuates A LOT for so many different reasons, taking a booster is proven to keep your levels from severely dropping, and they definitely do that

This is absolutely spot on The only good test boosters ever served was to distract the media by having them talk about their use by athletes that were actually using real, exogenous testosterone back in the 90’s Mark McGwire used to use the ol’ Andro in the locker trick to get reporters to see it and start a discussion on whether it should be allowed All the while, Mark was pumping copious amounts of gear The “admit to a small crime to hide the greater one being committed” is as old as law itself As for performance enhancement, all these products do is corrupt the health of your endocrine system while providing no concomitant benefits in strength, speed or performance in any measure

You are correct, TO A POINT There are many of us that have weak digestive systems(due to life long GMO consumption) and can not break down the aminos needed from simply eating more More may in fact be worse In these cases, BCAAs are quite beneficial One of my main supplements now is Betaine & Pepsin accompanied w/ enzymes The older you get the more prevalent this condition becomes, especially if you keep consuming the genetically modified "foods"

I gotta say I agree with everything except number 1 The last couple years we’ve seen pretty solid evidence that Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis can cause up to a 40 testosterone increase With that said, 99 of the test boosters on the market don’t have a high enough dose to elicit that response Do your research, and go with single ingredient supplements that are proven to work

Objectively untrue lol Just a basic stack of (low doses of) tongkat ali extract, stinging nettle, and fadogia extract is potent Replace those herbs with your pharmacology and maybe you'll understand Tongkat behaves like nolvadex, Stinging nettle behaves like proviron, and fadogia behaves like HCG Now is it the same as pinning test? No, but stacking Nolvadex plus proviron plus HCG is GOING to cause a big fat jump in free test, and higher endogenous production Just cuz it's not drugs doesn't mean it doesn't work lol And almost every influencer with this stance has completely backed off from it

Maybe it’s because I’ve never had a problem putting on mass, but I will never understand the need for weight gainers Calorie dense foods are easy to find Like, the olive oil is right there A tbsp is like 120 calories, toss your pasta in it, drizzle it on your chicken, put it on your salads Or just eat, like, two tablespoons of peanut butter, boom, 200 calories

Okay I thought number 3 was going to be a pre workout cause you can't tell me all that caffeine and stimulants in a pre workout which are vasoconstrictors they do the opposite of what your trying to achieve which is muscle building the people that make pre workouts will never tell you they don't build muscle because people get addicted to the caffeine and stims and they get so much energy they think it's doing something yeah it gets lazy people up off there ass to workout but not build muscle if they did everyone would just drink coffee before a workout for the caffeine which is the main stimulant in a pre workout plus pump pre workouts don't build muscle either Don't know why you didn't say creatine either so over hyped you just get big and puffy looking not real muscle
