Ill say ive used fat burners that put me over the goal line They can work Yes, they're stimulants that elevate your heart rate all day And they work Now, i will say i no longer take any fat burners because i cannot reliably handle them and i cannot be sweating all day at work As a result of not taking them, I have to put in even more effort than i do to achieve the same results and it takes a longer time They work for me But im choosing not to take them because the stimulant effect is too much for me to handle Hope that makea sense Comment from : John Hodgeman |

Bro said that people who don’t touch grass are the only ones who need to take growth hormones, what a legendbrbrbrIn all seriousness, I’m a skinnier male who’s struggled with food related anxiety, basically meaning I was afraid to try new foods I’ve always been underweight, and I’ve been trying to gain weight after realizing I was barely 110 lbs (my goal is 155lbs, I’m 5’7” and 18 years old, so that seems like a healthy weight) Watching videos like these really helps, cuz pre/post workout stuff is helping me gain weight while I slowly and naturally try more and more food that will also help me gain weight It’s been a process but over the course of 7 months I went from 110 to 140 It’s not all muscle ofc, but I honestly feel like I look better, even tho I’m at a higher body fat percentage, my abs aren’t super visible, and I don’t exactly have a ton of definition But finally being able to fit into shirts and shorts, look in the mirror and not hate what I see… it’s really nice Videos like these and creators like you were a huge help with all this, so thank you Comment from : Glackinator_04 |
DHEA? Comment from : Rahz Al Ghul |
I use creatine HCL and there is a point brCreatine doesn't absorb in your body unless it's dissolved in the water first and creatine monohydrate's solubility sucks I'd stand there stirring and stirring and always end up with a lot of powder sitting on the bottom undissolved brThey say the undissolved portion is what causes bloating and I have to agree, it irritated the hell out of my (admittedly sensitive) stomach When I switched to hydrochloride I could dissolve it all and have had no more gut irritation brbrSome study saying "we found no bloating issues" doesn't mean much They could have pre-dissolved it using a large quantity of hot water to force all of it to solvate Nobody wants to drink 800 ml of hot water before their workout Comment from : Fylgija |
For the test boosters it is true that they are largely insignificant in building muscle but could still be useful if you just want to have a more stable libido, slightly better health, body functions etc So in short, yah test boosters are highly overrated, but if they are high end (not vshred or athlean x) they are not completely useless… Just my personal thought and opinion Comment from : Bismarck08 |
What’s the truth about collagen? Any benefits? Comment from : QuietMike |

If you want to spend money on “supplements” just bite the bullet and use something that actually works, such as test Comment from : CE |

Too add to the creatine thing, my body is one of the rare none reactive ones On mono hydrate I bulked 20 grams a day for a week and felt no different but I dropped down for safety and did 10 grams a day for 2 months no reaction Stopped doing it and didn't have any lethargic feeling but I didn't get any energy from it So every time I look up videos for tips and they mention it I skip past that section because there is no point in me buying or taking any Comment from : Mastnes |

saying beta alanine is overrated because it doesn't help hypertrophy is like saying fish oil and multivitamins are overrated because they don't help with hypertrophy EVERYONE SHOULD BE DOING CARDIO!!! brbrtest boosters work, if they improve test by 100ng/dl that's an increase on the magnitude of other natural supplements like creatine Nothing to sneeze at It's not our problem if people think it's comparable to steroids I would say they are underrated! brbrAlong the same logic, fat burners do work and if you don't know how they work that's not our problem It's not our problem if you think they are supposed to burn 100lbs of fat I wouldn't call them underrated, but MISUNDERSTOOD! Even though it sounds like I'm saying exactly that they are overrated, it's not because the issue is that people don't know what it is Is Chris Bumstead overrated? I think yes, now what does your grandma think? Does she know who he is? Can she really answer if she doesn't even know who he is?brbrThis video is misguided You're trying to call out the industry, but you're not doing it in a precise (correct) way You're trying to get at coach Greg but he is the real deal The only think about him that he is ever wrong about is turkesterone and that's only because he got fooled into thinking Derek is a smart guy Greg is the real deal I have a degree in physics and mathematics and he is the most scientific influencer there is Comment from : Ricky Smith |

I value the information in your content, but imho you sound inflationary and like you’re tryyyying to make a point in this one You contradict a few of your your statements here Surprising, considering how clearly you can dissect other fitness influencers who don’t stick to the basic information/ collectively agreed-upon understandings when making their point(s) Comment from : Karl Fredell |

I totally disagree with your opinion on creatine and tribulas or other herbal supplement that is known to boost testosterone They are herbal and do increase testosterone slowly without alarmingly incredible DHT So those are highly effective without the side effects of steroids And those who take herbal testosterone booster they already know that these aren't steroids and won't show results like steroids just will give a boost, so that what they're doing will get support And creatine is next gen gold boy of supplement industry, 10 or 12 years ago everyone were into BCAA , now almost all are saying not worth it Same gonna happen to creatine I simply can't believe that creatine improves brain function Comment from : THE URBANGYPSY |

Not sure if you still read comments on older videos But there are a few brands/companies that would be cool to get your opinion on based on your knowledge 1st Phorm which is local is one that is known on the popular side After seeing your videos, they don't have anything that I could find that was proprietary Everything was listed But it would still be nice to get your opinion or maybe even add them into a future video That one would be more Protein based Another from the same company or a brother smaller company but same ppl is Carbon Fire And Their 213 line I felt noticeably more alert and better while taking it, although I don't know how much placebo effect is actually going on Another thing is I'm T1D (Type 1 Diabetic) so carbs are unfriendly for me, so while I can't do a strict keto diet I still try to limit my carb intake just cause of the damage it does being that I'm diabetic Since I limit carbs, getting extra energy is hard to come by Right now, I get up around 4:30am and at the gym around 5:30am Run full court 5v5 until around 8:30 to 10am Monday thru Friday I also work out following a program MON, wed, fri Let me know what you think Comment from : MR Z |
Tried 3 brands of creatine monohydrate Each time I had HUGE burns on my stomach Tried HCL, it was perfect, no pain, no burns, no bloating If you (and probably 90 of other people) have no problem with monohydrate, it doesn't mean that it's perfect and that the alternatives won't "fix" problems Comment from : hkgamma |
