The problem with CitMal is that you need to take about 8g for it to be effective (which means buying it standalone rather than in a blend And it is the sourest shit I've even drunk, even when mixed in pure cordial Is there any reason why you wouldn't just take agmatine as a better alternative to arginine?

I work in the supplement industry and I feel like BCAAs and natural testosterone boosters should get a little bit better recognition rather than being on a "bad" listbr BCAAs should be marketed with meals, snacks or protein sources as an enrichment for staying anabolic and healing Not fasted training Rather, EAAs + BCAAs would be a much better option if possible brAs for natural test boosters, there are several other ingredients to help free up test and these are great alternatives if used responsibly by those who don't want to take testosterone injections Just my two cents 💪

Very informative video, I wish I have watched this sooner, seems like I have wasted money to buy L-Arginine which gets breaks down in my body and not doing what it is supposed to do, in fact like you have said it is better to take L-Citrulline Malate which converts to L-Arginine through the kidneys Another one is the testerone booster, I have done a health screening and showed that I have normal levels of total testerone but the free testerone is at the low side, which I think affects my libido, so I think I should look for boron to unlock some more free testerone for use from my total testerone level

Boron Bor is a metal that help me with my low testosteron doctors don't help me so I try it out and it helped I do cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off sometimes 1 week off so don't tell testosteron boosters are waste of money most doctors are the biggest waste of time and money they only want money from you and help you become more sick thump down for such a stupid video
