Your budget is for an extreme rural settings in Kenya not for Urban Dwellers This is why most Kenyans in government offices can hardly retrieve a file for you without giving him or her A tip, because the fellow might have not had breakfast or lunch at his work place I live in northern Kenya weya we have to buy everything from from sukuma wiki, maize meal to sugar and its paraphanalia,tea being meal number one, in fiscal terms, you are an outright hustler to look for other avenues to make ends meet, Finally we have to practically pray to Allah to open other Gates for the family Otherwise, your analysis is encouraging, masha Allah
