Thank you so much for making me realize how FOOLISH I AM! You missed a big big bargain right on the Georgia coast I bought a 3 bedroom, 100 yrs old charming coastal cottage in 2015! It overlooks the Sapelo River, and br Sapelo Sound, 4 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, straight ahead😮brI live in a tiny hamlet, under300 yr old live oaks Less than 50 houses in the entire area, totally private!!! Big big lots and privacy! A lovely park with Civil War gravesbrI did have a large down payment, on mortgage, taxes, insurance cost…$54200 a month for 3 bedroom, 2 bath, big addition off the back, big screened porch off the front, that overlooks the river and marsh, straight to the Atlantic!brNow drawbacks, Savannah is about 50 miles north, Brunswick hospital, shopping, Walmart, Publix’s 30 miles South Tiny town, 5 miles, The Pig, Pharmacy, Dollar General, Dry Cleaner, 5 miles awaybrThank you for helping me count my many blessings to live in an absolutely breathtaking location for under $80000 per month! Not counting food, of coursebrI did have to gut the kitchen in my cottage when I moved in Cost, $30,000 Other than that, in perfect shape, and with the front Arbor, looks like something out of a story bookbrI won’t tell you where this magic place is, because we don’t want to ruin the peace herebrWe have an Alley of GIANT OAKS THAT HANG OVER THE ROAD dripping in Spanish Moss! WE ARE ON THE LAND OF A FORMER PLANTATION! So you can imagine the trees, and river Two yrs ago, the neighbors all chipped in and planted an additional 200 Live Oaks going down the 3 mile road! Our hopes for future generations to discover and cherish, as we all do! It’s our wish for the future! Sorry you missed it, but very glad too! Comment from : Sushi |

Living on $1600 / month can’t be done people, not in today’s world With cost of electricity, insurances, car costs like gas and repairs, food cost that are skyrocketing, medical costs national average of rent for 1 bedroom at $1200/mo It is not feasible Majority of people have CC debts and other costs like medicines and life insurance policies We are living in a duel income society now! If you have a partner and you both bring in SS checks of the national average of 1550/mo that’s $3100/mo I would say you could do it but you still would need very little debt if any to make it! Don’t forget out of the $1550 Medicare takes $147/mo So now your left with $1400 /mo roughly What about having money left over for emergencies like car repairs or medical $1600 doesn’t go far if you need part of it to save for emergencies Credit counseling state you should save at least a minimum of 20 of your income So if you make SS of $1200 that would be $240/mo Take that from your $1200 and your left with $960 for everything else! That’s not a lot to work with for other costs of living expenses, to in today’s America I will be living in a car starting 5/2023 because I can’t afford rent anymore My car payment is $460/mo I am a senior (67) no family to rely on Food and gas costs are too muck My rent will be $460/mo Ahhhhh those golden years! Comment from : Craig |
The guy making this video is drinking his bath water! The average SS check is $900 per month If you are on a single income living today is very difficult You might be able to live in these towns if you have a double income or a single with no bills such as car Not sure where this guy is getting his figures So let’s see if your SS Pay is $1200/mo and rent in one of these towns goes for $800/mo that leaves you $400 Now you have a car payment of $460/ mo, whoops can’t do it jack! Stop making these stupid unrealistic videos! Comment from : Craig |

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead We have started to save to retire from the farm, and possibly live on rental income, I'd really appreciate you go LIVE and talk about how to earn passive income online and retire comfortably, let’s say $1M Comment from : Darnell Capriccioso |
