I recently had an emergency that prompted me to sell some silver all to local coin shopsbrbrI though it was interesting because the shop I have never bought from because I thought they too expensive gave me 5 dollars over spotbrbrMy favorite coinshop that always gave good deals as a buyer only gave 150 over spotbrbr2 others I checked with only wanted to pay 1 over spotbrbrThese were all silver eagles in mint tubes with no imperfectionsbrbrI understand everyone needs to make money But I also understand this The biggest coin shop that always has silver paid me the most without any haggling But I probably won't be buying from him brbrThings to think about

I’m getting tired of seeing commercials selling and pitching how silver is going to get to $50 an ounce I would hope anyone buying silver to hold are more responsible to how you invest I bond at over 9 for holding for 5 years Can purchase 10k a year That’s $14k and change Is holding and buying fun? Spot and premiums are dealers trying to recover their loss A firearm or ammunition can generate more to trade or barter? Get at the end of the day, buying silver because it doesn’t hurt me to do so Will pass on to my spouse

That is not how bid/ask works It depends if the seller is the coin store Customer or the coin store Dealer Bid is what someone is willing to pay and Ask is what someone is wanting to be payed, try to make it anymore complicated than that is just wrong I think what this guy is actually talking about is the spread between the wholesale price and the retail price

To answer your question I would sell maybe 1/2 of my silver if I got a minimum of $50 per coin In this environment I feel we are going to see some crazy ups and downs And in that scenario I would upgrade my primary vehicle in cash from said sales At the moment I am in a buying mood As someone said I came here to chew gum or buy silver, and right now I’m fresh out of bubble gum 😎
