Putting well-earned money into the stock market can be over emphasized for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing I am working on a ballpark estimate of $5M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me? I'm nearly 60
Comment from : Classicphotos

Andrian
I'm not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it Investing is a long-term game It's just hard to focus on the long term playbook when I'm already in a massive loss
Comment from : Andrian

Clara Lynn
Despite the fact that stock prices fluctuate, what is the best method for capitalizing on the current market? I'm still undecided about investing $400k in my stock portfolio

Comment from : crazyleaf

crazyleaf
I can't stand the rocket money ads and others for apps that help you find subscriptions that you supposedly don't know you're still paying on How many irresponsible people are there out there that don't look at their bank account or their credit card and see payments coming out and get emails about them and not see that? Either people are stupider than I thought or this app is a really bad business idea
Comment from : crazyleaf

Chris Frederic

Comment from : Carrie Harrison

They are trading student debt like they traded mortgage back securities, that's why they won't forgive As for if you promise to pay off debt, pay it, keep that same energy for reparations and 40 acres and a mule
Comment from : gsdblack1

Elizabeth Harris

Comment from : Lauren Robinson

Stella N
i realized my money doesnt grow and inflation keeps going up and over the years my raise is not catching up w inflation i can save but i am not saving fast enough to buy a house my wholebrfamily gifted money and helped me buy my furst house with rental income from the home i am finally saving more money and it seems to have potential to grow so investment is important instead of just saving from a job i am interested in investment in a fund to helping my money grow on a stable interest

I love rule 8: Don't stop investing But invest in what you understand only Some of the non-tech that I think are positioned to go really up are Home Depot, Delta Airlines, Pool Corp, etc It's summer anyway I'll be rooting for these stocks, and have set aside almost $200k for that Having issues now with how to allocate capital, and to know if my projections are right based on technical observations
Comment from : Stephen Potter

Almost everyone, including the media, is anticipating a market catastrophe, and as a result, many are turning a blind eye to the opportunities in the market I recently began investing in stocks and cryptocurrency, and it was the best choice I've ever made If you genuinely want to be financially secure, disregard everything the media is suggesting The market offers a lot of chances Maximize your use of it

08:00 - 8:25 What is it with you magats who are fine seeing Republican presidents give TRILLIONS of dollars to corporations & rich people AND youre ok with rescumlicans NOT paying their PPP loans back but you have a HUGE problem with Democratic presidents giving hard working middle-class and poor people (who were molested by colleges like tRump University and other predatory lenders) debt forgiveness You always sarcastic, suggesting the people that get it are lazy but you don't have a problem with Republicans getting millions of dollars in tax breaks and debt forgiveness Stop trying to shame peoplebrbrYou freaking hypocrites
Comment from : Conrad TheMechanic

Dave's advice on how to get out of debt and manage your money is blunt but helpful to many people But joint accounts are not appropriate for everyone Its not an ideal world and not every marriage works out, or even works best this way, even with two committed and totally commited people Imagine distangling things if it gets messy Also, some people have a partner who struggles with restraining their own spending, and you risk both theirs AND your earnings but often they know they are not good with money and are happy for their other half to pay the bills ( with a regular contribution from them) My hubby pays for the car ( I could do without it in our lives if I had to, and am not a driver anyway) He also does the food shopping as he loves cooking/eating and enjoys doing that side of things (No chance of us starving !) I pay the house related bills so it works out about equal
Comment from : Pingu Penguin

Jenna Marie
Sorry Dave and Rachel you don’t know what you are talking about we are in our seventies using our emergency to keep a roof over our heads and eating food pantry food there is no way to repay emergency and all we have left is prayer

Comment from : X O

Stanley Edwin
I'm 34 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead My portfolio has lost almost $18,500 last month alone, my earnings are tanking, and I can't see how my retirement will go smoothly when I can't even increase my stagnating reserve
Comment from : Stanley Edwin

Investment in stocks is a great way to invest your money The team is constantly checking the market for changes and make sure that you are always informed about the best time to invest As a result, I have made more money than ever before, and I don't have to manage my portfolio on my own! Invest in stocks, it's worth it!
Comment from : Fred Williams

Now should a student still pursue to pay back their student loan? If they were unaware of the college fraudulent activity and about the college refunding their students
Comment from : Royce Nedeleff

Royce Nedeleff
Question What if the college was involved in a huge fraudulent operation?brThe FTC charged the college for misleading new college students by promising job placement after graduation The FTC also enforced the college to pay back all the students of the student loans The whole college locations were all closed down except for one location
Comment from : Royce Nedeleff

Having issues with FPU There are no classes close to me The closest one is 50 miles away and it started 2 weeks ago I looked at online classes on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays and there are only 2 classes, but 1 is full at the 6pm time slot and the other is at 11am when my husband is at work So we cannot do it There aren't any other class options Should we just do the "go your own way" option?
