Grant Cardone is a scam I’ve bought both of their programs (Financial Peace Univeristy & every dollar budgeting app from Dave & Cardone U & countless other books and programs from Grant) Cardone’s made me excited & hopeful for a multi-million dollar future that preyed on my insecurities & I felt like I had to keep buying more of his books & products I ended up in poverty Dave’s made me realize that I couldn’t buy my way out of debt Cardone told me if I couldn’t afford his product to ask a family member for a loan, which is what I did Dave advises against that & would probably give me his product for free if I called in, while Grant would probably mock me if I couldn’t buy his product Dave’s advice works slowly but surely & brings me peace, stability, & security I’ll be debt free going into 2024 Bottom line: don’t follow these get rich gurus Follow the tried and true Biblical wisdom that works “The borrower is a slave to the lender”

Dave’s plan is for quite simply financial peace By saving your money for emergencies and purchases, paying off debt and investing in retirement you eliminate all worries about being able to feed your family, keep the lights on and hell you can take a job you like doing for less pay because you have enough money to handle the difference Yours and other “rich peoples” way is to make a bunch of investments put all your money into real estate Hope things go your way and not even worry about being prepared for if they don’t I’m sorry but if I have to choose between peace or MAYBE making a million dollars and driving an Audi tomorrow after buying your 500 dollar class today I’m going with peace
