I hope i can pull this off , i have all the proof of this family i worked for (was their nanny ) they fired me with lies just to get off from paying me a full month and i feel the way they tried to get out of the contract is damaging to my good reputation in the child care services So i will now have to open pandoras box and proove that not only are they trying to pie to get out of paying me but they have referred to me in a racial slur , and this is very bad for them

I was robbed !! My mother hired a guy to block up my foundation to my mobile home and we bought the supplies and he built the foundation Well after the job was done I crawled up under my trailer and found that the bricks were cut in half and the cut side was under the trailer And he took the extra bricks when he left there wouldn’t have been any extra bricks if he hadn’t cut the ones he placed He charged me 3800 dollars for the job I have pictures of the half bricks with cut side under the trailer I called a construction company and got an estimate to fix what he did and it is twice the amount of the original job!

I've gotten over 40 calls from a company I keep telling to add me to the do not call list I sent them a demand letter but it was return to sender even though the address matches the website Per FCC I am eligible for $500+ per call, but how do I continue Is this even still small claims since the total of all of them is over the cap or is it 500 per call its own case each

Hi Kris, i need you help and what you think of my situation We apply for a loan with Bank of England Mortgage for the property that we interested to buy, i give them everything they ask, with our income and everything So unfortunately my husband wasn't make that much in the beginning of this year due to the rain cause he is a construction worker( heavy equipment) season worker So they know our situation but they said they will help So me and our 5 kids leave in a hotel while my husband go back ca to waiting work They ask for a letter from the company he work for to make sure he is working and they said yes but slow right now because of the rain So they want me to pay for the appraisal which is $900, they home inspection $475, septic Inspection $475, pest control $150 So im on it i take care everything when they ask for cause i want to move out the hotel cause i cant afford to stay there longer with my kids So i keep texting the loan office just to makesure everything is good and he said yes So the day before the closing date for the loan they call me and said we not approve I feel like my heart will jump of my chest They said is my husband income I email the manager and he said they cant do anything about it because my husband can make enough money this year Which they already know from the beginning that my husband didnt have much hour because of the rain but they keep us and our time at the hotelIts a Long story but i apply with another bank and i get approved within 3 weeks With the same income and everything which they understand how seoson worker is So i want to file a small claim for what they owe us Do you think its worth to file a claim? Awesome video my case is that i tried to apply for an apartment in October I went in and talked to a women in the office and she said they had a unit available so i decided to fill out the application at home with 2 other people I paid for the application fees as well as the holding fee which ended costing avout 32800 Moreover a week goes by and the landlord calls me that the particular unit is not available and that i would be refunded my holding deposit as well as the application fees becuase the unit was never even available Its been 3 months and i still have not received my refund Should i take this to small claims court?
