I'm trying to sue a tire company for not putting on my tires correctly which caused my accident a 1 person 1 car accident I have witnesses who know I went to that shop as 1 was present I tried to get them to pay for repairs but they refuse and basically have said I was never there They didn't provide a receipt to me I'd like some compensation for danger repairs and damages Are witness saying that I've been there for tires enough? Potential camera footage?

The background music is distracting when you’re trying to pay attention to the steps, absorb them and understand the rational for the process plus take notes brI had to watch it 3 times to overcome the loud background music which could have been lowered to make a better informative or left out completely In any case, annoying music and all, I am glad I found the video but for any future ones please try to realize that stressed people who are seeking informatives could do without the drum beats that incite more anxiety

One potential problem is even winning in court may not get the deposit backespecially if landlord is in a different state than rental, so small claims judgement does not help when the landlord ignores ita bank sweep does not help with landlord in different state, a lien on the property does not help if the landlord is not selling for years Tenant never gets the security depositbrAnother example, we won judgment against a contractor for the maximum $10,000 and we are still trying to collect over ten years later, despite an unsuccessful bank sweep and lien on contractor's propertyhard to squeeze blood from a turnip

I signed up for a class I put $200 down to hold my place and the registration said $1700 remaining 1 week before the class I get an email saying that the remaining balance is really $1990 and that the $1700 was a typo A guy called me being really condescending saying I made a mistake and I must be confused Meanwhile online it still says $1700 due I recorded everything The guy said that he can refund the $200 that I put down but I cancelled all my plans this summer for this class and did not work summer school because I signed up for this class I’m out already about $7,000 for lost opportunities I really want to sue but it’s $300

Currently in California and the example case is similar to what happened to me The young gentleman t-bone my car and I was hospitalize for two days because of a potential artery injury I have the hospital documents and x-rays in dvd form Will I need to print out the x-rays to submit as my evidence as well? If it's clean cut easily provable case that a client just didn't pay when they signed a contract that is watertight, why won't the judge award the plaintiff loss of income? It cost me 3 days of my billable hours to prepare evidence in the way I would for 'big court' I feel like USA (I'm British and our legal system works) has no legal system If someone doesn't pay you it costs you more money taking them to court than just walking away End result people steal and walk away cause of SCC policy to never award loss of income taking them to court Even when it's super easily provable and contractually binding?
