When I was a beginner, I used X-outs but I don't know if they're still available 2 years ago I switched to Maxfli Softfli which are a 35 compression ball specifically for slower swing speeds The last 2 times I bought them they were 2-$35 Definitely a great ball for the price Comment from : Mike Rodrick

I started playing summer of 2020 and started off with the Srixon soft feel since I was getting them for only $18/doz I used them all of 2020 and this year I switched to the Bridgestone e12 soft and couldn’t be more impressed Amazing feel, distance and sound for only $28/doz I want to try out some others but I can’t get myself to play a round without the e12s I’m gonna be trying out the new e12 contact this weekend since I only have 6 e12 softs left and my store has none left but I’m sure the contact will be great if it’s anything like the soft I’d highly recommend Bridgestone balls to anyone Comment from : Devon Bruyere

My preferences as a 22 handicapper are Vice (Drive & Tour), followed by Callaway super soft, Srixon (distance and AD333) plus Taylor Made RBZ soft The 3 Titleist Trufeel balls that I bought recently were a complete waste of money, as not one of the balls lasted 2 holes, either going in water or were lost in trees & bushes However, most Titleist balls I have found have been ok, just not this latest model Comment from : Martin Davies
