I've been a long time Verizon customer They have turned to trash Don't believe their 5G bs Their 4G is faster And their customer service is atrocious I spoke with one of their customer service reps who barely spoke English and wasn't understanding me So she started blowing in her phone saying between breaths she was losing signal Stay away from Verizon

Verizon is a super great telecommunications company and the corporate stores are the best However, the victra Verizon stores and other stores that are not corporate Verizon stores in your neighborhoods that say verizon outside there stores with there red Verizon letters are actually a false flag corporate store and they are no good Always ask the stores if they corporate or not if they say no they not corporate but affiliates please just walk out the store and find a verizon corporate store and your experience will be fabulous

The only reason to go to a corporate store is if you lost your phone AND forgot your pin number The autherized retailers like Victra have much better customer service, are usually closer, and are not nearly as buzy

I live just outside a metropolitan area in southern California Verizon service has deteriorated to the point the 'hot spot' I pay for is unusable during the day Can't even get on the internet until 8 pm Frankly it's crap I mean so bad it will give you serious anxiety You can call them and they will hop to it and do exactly nothing Over and over again I'm going with Spectrum Getting it free for 1 year with internet

I totally love Verizon I had Sprint (left when the iPhone came out cause Sprint speeds were too slow) , AT&T (where i live AT&T speeds are slower than Verizon ), never had T Mobile ( but people complain a lot about their service up north and in the west rural areas) Get what you like

I live in Florida just north of Tampa area I had Verizon this year and the service was spotty on a non 5g phone The 5g phone we had were not much better The data was horrible loading on all phones Called Verizon and they said the towers were overloaded I was paying for non prepay and had the worst signals i have ever had These same areas had great service with our fiiends Tmobile We switched last week to ATT and have a great signal everywhere we go and data is fast I dont understand how Verizon keeps advertising it has great service This guy even says Verizon had the slowest download speeds last year Its not even loading in areas My opinion would be go with prepay Cricket or premium ATT or Tmobile

Verizon is basically the only network because it's the only network that can support business users People who use T-Mobile and at&t don't even use enough bandwidth for those networks to do a accurate comparison iPhones have a data conservation features by default which only use Wi-Fi for high level apps like facetime,zoom, and especially uncompressed slow mo videos over icloud or Gmail Speed test alone don't prove anything because ISP can set proxy which dictates bandwidth based on specific usage A proper network test is based on average latency on constant usage of full feature apps/ uncompressed data upload I have used over a terabyte on iPhone uploading slow videos over vacation and T-Mobile throttles me after 300GB and most people don't know that because they send slow mo videos via SMS which compresses things or they use TikTok or YouTube which is wifi only

Dropped calls all the time Terrible download speeds Terrible upload speeds If you are on a Zoom meeting you will be dropped multiple times I had AT&T for 3 years but was forced out of their services from my company that probably wanted to save money with a cheaper service and plan Not once did AT&T drop a call and download and upload was flawless and if you were watching a video you could watch it from beginning to the end without it stopping every 2 seconds Don't get Verizon wireless for anything They have always been substandard and they always will be substandard!! A big waste of money!!

Verizon works great in most areas They offer business plans too (which you didn't cover) that give additional perks, though no streaming services are included The business plans are slightly cheaper (usually) and offer more premium data Just don't fall for the bluejeans bundle, (video conferencing for an additional $5/month)

I live halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee, Wisconsin !! No 5G here ! LTE only which they are still trying to get work! Where I live and where I want to move 2 miles away Both have LTE issues ! So I have 2 cellphones and 2 cellphone carriers for 4 months now If I want 5G I can drive 60 miles to Chicago or Milwaukee ! Later this month month Both phones will be going to T-Mobile! ! !

I find the coverage map that verizon for c band to be somewhat inaccurate I was in a area that verizon claimed on the map that it was blanketed with 5G UW, I got UW once in that area and only for a couple of seconds I know that they are optimizing the towers but the map sometimes can be wrong

Here is a reason not to sign up I have three lines on their start unlimited plan and I'm getting charged $200 a month and their customer service sucks I've had two Representatives hang up the phone on me and one of them seemed like he was in a car driving and was barely talking to me saying that he was checking his system lastly when I went to the store to sign up for Verizon I asked to Port my number and the customer service representative in the store gave me a new number before he ported my number in which I was charged for and on top of that added four lines to my account when I wanted three and I was explicitly clear about it the customer service is clearly incompetent and there was no reason to go with Verizon when you can go with visible or us mobile

One thing to note is that Verizon does terrible against congestion I know schools that just don’t work with Verizon at all due to congestion, while plans like AT&T work perfectly I also have the 5G Get More plan which provides unlimited premium data, and there is still no data at some schools

Paying for Premium Data is a joke you still get slowed down even if the tower is several congested regardless of the higher tier plans and them saying you wont get slowed down You still get slowed down, even users on Reddit say their data is slowed down even with high Verizon Tiers Why pay more for something you can't get, waste of money Stick with 5G start, going premium plans is a waste regardless of their perks
