Please could you do a review on the cloud up 3 please? Comment from : Ben Grove |
thanks a lot for your fresh and motivating videos!br1 Does this cloud up 2 tent weighs really only 15kg with the footprint and the tent pegs? br2 I have seen in a video that it is possible to stretch the side-walls of the tent to the exterior to creat more space in the interior of the tent Is this truely possible? Comment from : wild camper |
What's the diference btw 20D and 210T exactly? Cheers Comment from : Jorge Rodrigues |
Excellent review! Comment from : Marek Spacek |
only complaint I have is that you need to crawl in and out which at a certain age is quite uncomfortablebrApart from that I find it great for the price Comment from : Cl Sch |
Too much mesh to be a 4 Season tent and not integral pitch but agree very reasonable price for what you get Comment from : David and Megan Marrison |
After watching this review I purchased the Cloud Up 3, has a lot more space and is still only 18kg Can't wait for it to arrive and test it out Comment from : Stephen Luke |
I bought one and wished id bought the cloud peak 2 as its too small for two people Comment from : superten12 |
Mine's in the post Thanks for your reviews on all these tents quite excited to see what it'll be like when I go gravel bike packing in the peaks in two weeks Comment from : John Hunt |
Great review video as always but the tent is now listed at 1750grams still light for a 2 man 4 season tent although same as my old lightwave single man 4 season tent Comment from : Paul Cottam |
Why is dark green the best, I'm curious what difference the colour makes? Comment from : john lyons |
It's a 3 season tent Comment from : Abenico |
I did a lot of research when I was looking for a new tent Although not a hiker or wild camper, I was looking for a good value, lightweight set up for my road trips in my little sportscar Very small boot and I didn't want to be carrying 100kg in the boot while blasting around the backroads 😂 I think it was this detailed review that convinced me that the Cloud Up 2 was ideal for my needs many Thanks Comment from : Ivan Parkin |
Is it just me or does the inner sag Comment from : sean osborne |
quite a bit pricier at the moment( peak 2 cheaper :0 Comment from : Leo C |
Hi Andy, I'm buying this now to wild camp in the UK, at least during autumn, spring and summer I've been reading lots of contrasting experiences about how much this can withstand bad weather Hopefully it will work out well The other options were the lanshan, phoxx2, vango nevis and banshee, mongar They're all similarly priced at the moment But after comparing prices and reviews it appears this is the best option atm Comment from : Mark Nelson |
Even better than the Mongar 2? Comment from : Adventure J |
Why is the dark green color the best? Comment from : Adventure J |
Good afternoon, can you tell me weight with footprint? Comment from : m |
Can anyone tell me why the dark green Cloud Up 2 is £45 more than the same tent in any other color Comment from : Paddy Rynne |
$119! surely, being English, you mean £s Comment from : lennie thomas |
So Where did you buy it for 119 dollars, I can not find it for that Price in this Colour🤷♂️ Comment from : Dave |
Ain't the 20d cloud up 2 version 22kg? I think cloud up 1 is 15kg Comment from : Coreyy96 |
I am about 2m tall and use the conversion rate: 2 person tent for 1 person, 3 person tent for 2 people🙃 Comment from : JJ Cale |
Nice review!! I’m just starting out, so will definitely consider this tent! Just got to get the bottle to commit to the first camp 😜 Comment from : Rids |
Where’s the review location btw Comment from : Tony Gray |
Just tested the updated cloud up 3 and its my first ever tent and so far so good!brbrWas a bit of a struggle because am a complete noob but after watching a vid was up within 30 minsbrbrPs Am looking forward to doing a trial run maybe next few days (I took it down as had other things to do)brbrCost me £120 ish Comment from : Arachnophilia |
How is it when putting up in the rain? It look much harder work to pitch than any of my tents which have fly and inner combined Comment from : tmind1 |
Weight?????? Comment from : Bong Flordeliza II |
Thanks for the review If you would have to choose between this tent and Decathlon Trek 900, which one would you choose? Comment from : Jaro S |
Hey Andy! Thanks for the review, it was super helpful Have you by any chance weighed the tent, accessories and the footprint yourself? I've been thinking about this tent for a little while but it seems like the weight is quoted differently everywhere I look Comment from : Ashleigh Higgins |
Great video, mate! But a bit misinformed The 20d version(the one you got) is 187kg with pegs and footprint Not 14kg Comment from : Daniel MK |
Great bike packing tent bought it expecting to have to upgrade two years on and thousands of miles around UK and Ireland still going strong taking it to Spain, Portugal this year Comment from : Jon MacDiarmid |
Is there any way of pitching this outer first? I love it other than inner pitch first Comment from : ChrisF |
I bought the one man Found it to small Sent it back and got the 2 man Comment from : BernieWojewski |
Question: That looks like a lot of mesh for a 4 season, is it not cold and drafty ? OR is that to get rid of condensation because the outer sides are close to the floor? Comment from : TANKO |
Thanks for the great review! I've been trying to figure out the max length of the tent poles when folded - I'm trying to figure out if they will fit in the frame bag on my bike! Do you have they handy to measure please? Comment from : Cameron Harris |
I have one, I don't think they're worth the hype really, try camping in one of these in pouring rain They're difficult to get in and out of, the front entrance means water drops into the vestibule and inner Taking it down in the rain isn't easy either, at some points you have 3 tie out points on one peg, which makes it fiddly when it's cold and wet Also don't kid yourself into thinking you'll take the inner down first to keep it dry, leaving just the fly- you won't! brThe fly comes off first, leaving the inner to get wet, if it's raining hard, no matter how quick you are it will get wet As they're made of sil-nylon they sag when wet toobrSide entrance, polyester tents that pack down all in one are much better in my opinion Comment from : Silas Wild |
Hi! Thanks for the review! I am currently looking for a backpacking tent and I've also seen your review of Decathlon MT900 Which of those two you think is better? Comment from : Bartłomiej Figat |
will a cot bed fit on it? Comment from : Mark Mendoza |
How long do you think it takes to set up, please? Comment from : J Ketcham |
Can you pitch the outer first if it's raining? Comment from : Geoff M |
It seems like it would be a bit of a faff if trying to put up in wind or rain Would the tamar 2 not be a better choice Comment from : Stevie |
I got the lightgreen 20D version of this tent during black friday Bang for your buk!brI believe they have an outer sheet version with flaps for winter season Comment from : Randy Watson |

I have the same one I can't compare It to others beacuse Is my first tent, but for me Is very good For 130 euros Is perfect Bye from Italy Comment from : marco |
I had the CloudUp1 a short while ago and I found that the light weight came at a trade off I tried to use it in winds of up to (guesstimate) 15mph and all it wanted to do was flap over and lay down It's left a bitter taste in my mouth with them now and I doubt I'd get one again unless for calm weather Comment from : A Scotsman Outdoors |
👏⛺️👍👌🇳🇴 Comment from : jon ss teppdalen |
I've seen Islander outdoors use his loads, he did a good review as well look like good tents Comment from : Ryan 76 |

Naturehike is a good choice for tents that do not have a lot of budget and want a lightweight tent Compared with Amazon, our price is more competitive Comment from : Camperlists |
Brilliant tent, it was my first tent when I properly got into wild camping and used it many times Just goes to show you don’t always have to spend crazy amounts to have great quality This and the Cloud Peak 2 are superb value for money Great video Andy Would love to do a camp sometime Comment from : Good Bloke Outdoors |

Thanks for the review This reference to $119 on sale - that's just for people outside of UK/EU, right? I cant see any option to ship to the UK from your link to naturehike's website - and the amazon UK is just rip-off Britain (at least compared with the $ price) Can you tell me if I'm missing something, please? Thanks again Comment from : scrumpymanjack |
