Great videos I'm from a cross the pond, in the UK I been working in a used car dealership for 4 months Love it and hate it! Hey Tony, I work out of a Nissan dealership in Calgary Alberta I was the top sales guy for the first month I was here, (20 cars) and everything's been moving upwards so far With that said the winter has hit the city pretty hard, and generating traffic is brutal I've been scouting the phone lists and chasing referrals and references from any and everyone I can My calls are high, and I've even been going to nearby buisnesses, connecting with owners and bringing in more traffic that way I'd love to know what other strategies you recommend! Thanks for the reply I've been selling MINIs for 10yrs My friend that i went to high school with just became the GSM at BMW store that was not putting up great #'s He has been managing BMW for over 10yrs at another store He asked me to come work with him in sales I'm not sure what to do at this point being that I've been with MINI at the same store for 10yrs Only issue I have currently with MINI/my current job is my sales manager expects everyone to work 6 to 7 days a week and almost impossible to take a day off If you do take a day off sick he expects you to make it up on your day off My wife and I have a 9 month old baby girl that I barely see with the hours he expects us to work Last year I made $120k this year on pace for $100k What would you do in this situation?
