I had vitamin deficiencies all my life despite being very health conscious with my diet, but I have been getting fully healthy blood test restuls only after I became vegan and again mostly with healthy diet My health approach to food I consume did not change, only meat and dairy and fish removed The result - my GP was also amazed how vegan diet took away my chronic vitamin deficiencies So, please stop sharing wrong information about vegans needing more vitamin, mineral supplements, not at all, if they are eating healthy same as any diet, they are better off in result with vegan diet
