Dude, it took me three months to learn to ride a unicycle, it took me three days to learn to ride backwards and you are trying to learn to ride in a day! There isn't any easy way of learning to do it in a short period of time, it is a extremely hard thing to do

Learning to unicycling is not that hard but you need a real teacher, or at least a serious method You could do all that without the posture's default in less than an hour if you just followed the wall instead of using chairs so you keep your upper body upright and don't touch the handle while peddling ( it's way easier if you use both arms to balance ) You fall backward because only your upper body lean forward instead of the unicycle ( think of the saddle leaning forward with you )
