I think if you feed your family with it, even if it’s snacks or frozen food or whatever you end up eating 6 months from now it should count If it’s a big baking testing video and you don’t keep any or eat any it doesn’t count toward food spending

I am the same way with deodorant You have to smell some of the new Old Spice deoterents, my favorite is Wilderness, they don't smell like a teenage boy! brAlso if you wash your underarms with benzoyl peroxide (such as a face wash with that ingredient, walmarts brand with 10 is my go to) it kills the bacteria which is what causes the stink It a real game changer

I also use men's antiperspirant/deodorant Many of the women's brands smell overwhelmingly perfumy (?) even the "unscented" or it makes me break out in a rash I use Mitchum Men's unscented gel antiperspirant/deodorant

My opinion is if your family eats it, it counts towards your budget I wouldn’t count the candy, because you gave it away If you gave any meals to your neighbors, I wouldn’t count that either

I agree with a lot of the other comments asking for more “use what you have / freezer clean out / reverse meal plan / only buy what you need” type videos I really have been trying to reverse meal plan more and use mainly what we have, (and stock up only when things are on sale) so I would appreciate more of this!! 😊

I too can be odorous at the pit area, my go to is Schmidt's brand all-natural deodorant One is doesn't contain toxic aluminum which can lead to breast cancer The other is works, it's not an antiperspirant, the body needs to sweat It does work to control odor I have tried everything on the planet, it's my go to Around $8 at Walmart, Amazon is a little cheaper, different scents for men and women I love Moon Flower, only available online at Amazon I think it works the best Sometimes they have 2 for deals Bergamot and lime is a good choice as well The heat of you under arm helps melt the stick No white marks on clothes
