I say NO, ABPP wants higher mintage because their 10 rarity stays the same but higher mintages gives them more Advanced Release to sell at much higher than their 5 cost

The proof Gold Eagles have never been a good deal (excepting the v75 - an artificially created scarcity) The mintages and mark ups are simply too high I bought a one ounce proof in 2005, just to have one example If I'm looking at collectible gold coins from the mint, the American Liberty series is somewhat more attractive But still, I don't see how anyone is expecting to make up an 800+ dollar mark up That mark up alone is more than I paid for my 2005 coinbrIce cream? What? Ok, sure I'll vote Klondike bars, original style

If my calculations are correct, you get less than 2 ounces of gold But let's round off and say you're getting 2 ounces of gold Gold's at $1986 Spot for 2 ounces is currently $3972 So you're paying a $1360 premium Are you fricking kidding me?? SMH
