Interesting consideration, have to consider digital land probably won't function like physical land obviously but I see application The issue right now is no one can foresee where this space is heading Metaverse is an obvious choice in purchasing land as it's backed by FB but when I bought my VR headset a lot of people didn't want to have any association with FB like having to create an account to access their VR profile I think if fears of future pandemics persist people will be more willing to stay home and interact on VR for shopping and social events, not to mention viewing events in other countries without the costs of flying, etc There's a lot of potential and opportunity to integrate with cryptocurrency when you deal with the right source like bVRI TOKEN/b but there's probably a long way until a platform exists for it

Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit I applied and was denied at first so I got a bVRI TOKEN/b , and I was approved for a capital one The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low All in all I’m satisfied

The restaurant tip is so true We try to only eat out/get takeout once a week Most food we have at home But when we do go out, sometimes the drinks are $10 and these aren’t even alcoholic drinks And appetizers can be the price of a meal Typically we just get the main meal and a drink each but may start switching to water to save a bit more

After researching "cash back " credit cards, I found that many banks offered 1 cash back and teased your with a 5 rolling category cash back deal The problem with rolling categories at 5 was that there are about 5 categories that rotate 4 times a year So you only have 3 months to save at 4 places Many of these categories are products that one doesn't use a lot or a very small part of your yearly expenses So I went with a straight up a 2 cash back card that I used for everything When I say everything ,it could be a $200 birthday card to a $500000 home repair , ect When running the numbers on this, it was that the 2 card was the best for me I save about $ 1, 20000 / year Basically $2000 / $1,0000 Just remember to use it for every purchase large and small

I found out that I can use lots of different libraries in my state I have multiple county library cards - and if none of those libraries has the book/e-book/e-audiobook that I want to read or listen to, I can request an interlibrary loan and have it delivered to my closest library I almost never buy books anymore!

To be honoust I hardly ever go out to dinner, have no car and don’t go on vacations, but I do live in the Netherlands and in the city we do have great public transport I have a very low income, but am pleased with everything I have and I won’t buy new unless the old one is really broken My fridge and washingmachine are 26 years old by now and still work fine so no need for a new one yet The only thing that I waste money on is smoking so I will quit as soon as my cigarettes are finished (somewhere tomorrow)
