After a terrible 2022, shell-shocked financial backers have a lot to think about and losses to recover from An expansion report and a wealth of other data did little to alter assumptions that the Central bank would likely keep raising interest rates regardless of whether the economy slows down This implies that portfolios will experience more losses during the first quarter of 2023 I'm currently at a crossroads deciding whether to exchange my $250k security/stock portfolio; how might the continuous market volatility work to my advantage?

For me, the first thing we do after getting paid is to pay the bills, 2nd thing is to allow yourself enough to make it through the month, and 3rd put all the rest of the money into a piggy bank that you cannot access unless you break into the piggy bank once it's full

CHARLES HURST REINVENTION
You don't even have to think minimalist-deljust be common sense smart Topic for my own subscribers this week Finances Part of advancing yourself is having a state of financial security Many don't because they have let the norms of society convince them they need to have things that aren't important Like that new car that is a 700 a month payment when you could get a lesser one for 300 a month Or going to TGI Friday's every week which runs a hundred bucks for your family instead of grilling out which would run 20 If people would really look at what they spend on nonsense they would find that they could easily put away a thousand a month in investments You don't have to live minimalistic, you just have to live smart You don't buy a vehicle based on what others will think of you (mine is 14 years old with dents everywhere even though I could purchase a Corvette outright today) You bring lunch to work instead of eating out every day (which is less healthy most likely too) You don't spend 150 a month for all that media entertainment You don't get a four wheeler just because your neighbor got one You don't have a five dollar mocha twice a day All this stuff adds up And you don't buy a house you can barely afford Remember--living paycheck to paycheck keeps you a slave If you have financial freedom you are always in the position to direct your own life with those slave chains cut Hope this helps someone-out there-/del Charles

Sandra Oxford
Great tips! Thank you :D My tip is to have multiple accounts within my bank, which is a free option I have an account for: car expenses $8650 per week, utilities $80 per week, cat food (as i order online triweekly) $17 per week, christmas/birthday related (which includes christmas food decor $10 per week, sim only yearly plan $6 per week (it's a $300 plan per year, as I own my phone already), etc This has helped significantly because by the time my car needs to be serviced or registration is due, bills etc the money is already available and doesn't create stress at all, it completely eliminates it!

Yea HEMP clothing is the best quality especially organic hemp , which has less of a devastating impact on the Planet unlike most clothing which has plastic in it It is healthier all round and is antibacterial so very good for sensitive skin brThe idea of going out for an expensive meal, where hygene is questionable , where you are forced to cover your face , and give all private details every time you wana relax is not my idea of down time socialising 🤣😂 brI cook all the time for us and friends so they get their take aways from me , don't charge and is DEF Vegan so they no longer hav to worry the staff may have slipped up and put dairy or other animal derived products in it 🤗

Tip 1 Pay cash for your house or pay it off early I crunched the numbers and on a 100k dollar home you will pay between 90k to 100k in interest alone in 30 years, that's over 3000 dollars a year you are just throwing away to mega banks!
