I have some semi neumismatic coins I really want to trade for constitutional silver… Including a couple slabbed/graded coins, and a small stack of Morgan and Peace Silver dollars… How would you recommend I go about that? Hello Yankee I'm new to precious metals I'm looking to invest some cash I have saved and buy roughly 10,000 USD in gold and silver I have been researching for about a month now on how to go about this and what to buy and what not to buy Your videos have been very informative At first I thought I wanted to stick to only Constitutional silver/gold (only gold/silver eagles/buffalos) After watching some of your recent stuff and seeing how the silver eagles are bringing a high premium in (June 2022) Some of the CA Maples seem like a better buy right now? As far as silver goes, what are the downsides to getting Maples over US mint eagles? Obviously i'd save some $ with the Maples being slightly cheaper But as far as resale in your experience they seem to fetch slightly less? Tim says he pays close to eagles but not quite Don't get me wrong I'm planning on holding them for a while I'm just wondering if in these current times if getting a 25 roll of silver maples and saving a few bucks up front vs eagles is a good move if say I need to liquidate them 10-15 years down the road As far as 1oz gold coins it seems that going US mint coins are the way to go as the premiums are roughly the same give or take a couple bucks for what I can find gold maples for It seems your prefer coins vs bars in either metal so I was planning on sticking to coins as well unless you think there would be any advantage to looking into bars for my first large-ish purchase/entry into metals Any thoughts on how to split $10k in silver vs gold? 60/40, x2 1oz gold coins and the rest silver or what? brThanks for taking the time to read this Id greatly appreciate any other tips or flat out telling me I'm totally wrong in my thinking and to go a different direction entirely lol Comment from : StuProductions |

My local bullion dealer (in Europe) Pays a good fair price for any modern 1 oz bullion Only insignificant differences between Eagles, Philharmonics, Brittanias, Krugerrands, Kangaroos etc nothing to really to worry about - at the insignificant digits However when they're selling there's more of a difference but still nothing to really brag much about except a few very collectible like fex a 1967 Krugerrand when they once in a blue moon have one Comment from : HifiCentret |
