I just found this series and it's already a big help I used to swim as a kid but it's been nearly 30 years I thought muscle memory would kick in when I tried to swim this past weekend but I was very wrong lol

I started my first swimming lesson today Unfortunately my instructor didn’t told me how to float or get comfortable in the water She just told me to move my legs hard while holding that board And I need to put more power in my legs Which was really hard thing to do straight away as I have no experience in the water before But after watching your video I am bit happy now I will use these techniques in my next swimming lessons🙂

as someone who spent a lot of time in water as a child, I've always been perplexed by people who say they don't know how to swim To me that's like saying you don't know how to run just run So I wanted to watch this to better understand, and it made me realize that it's not about not knowing how to swim, it's about not being comfortable in the water and that makes a lot more sense to me

I started lessons last week The very 1st lesson was similar to yours with no instructions on how to breathe in and etc He simply told us to put face in and breathe out through nose or mouth I was lucky to have watched this video before my first class Others took in water trying to do this exercise and it wasn’t pretty
