My favourite cocktail ever! I just had one this aft on a patio in NB, Canada but they use triple sec It was delicious though and they use fresh lime juice They do have a spicy margarita on the menu I'll have to try next time I also like the whole rim salted and they only salt a portion I'm going to buy ingredients and make myself Cointreau for sure!! Mmmmm!!

That isn't a silver tequila but La Gritona reposado is the most silver reposado you'll get that is not whiskified or oak wood tasting My favorite reposado great video and great choice tequila

Idk what went wrong I made a big batch and it was super strong ( 5 cup of tequila, 2 1/2 cups of lime juice and 2 1/2 cups of cointreau ) I had to go add 2 bottles of margarita mix just to make it drinkable for ppl 🤷🏽

I have seen many other bartenders or mixed drink experts say never let the salt INside the rim because it changes the taste of the cocktail Also, these days I've seen Margaritas with salt on only half the rim or Tajin on the rim (half) which adds it's own subtle spice if a bunch of peppers in your simple syrup is too much
