I needed thisthank youfor me I didn't always have trust issues but listening to this I realize I do and it's actually something I've been working on bit by bit but this vid just hit the nail on the head! Relationships sometimes don't work out the way we intend it to and we should not lose who we are at our coreI currently met someone amazing and because of what happened in my previous relationship even tho this man shows up for me in ways beyond what I could ask or think there are doubts and I'm always ready to leavebut I realize from this I just need to trust himwhew deep breaths :)

i really see this as I get older I became more guarded, ppl around me who are older I see how they are guarded as well Life happened to us and now we all have our walls up I don't trust people and they don't trust me either aww I wish ppl gave me benefit of a doubt but again I don't give them the benefit of a doubt either But I should Because I've been on the other end of ppl not giving me trust for no reason and it was hurtful and it made me close my heart as well
