i just skimmed through the video and may have missed something about Covidand i noticed one of the qualifications is that one needed to have Covid?i didn't have that but i have many other problems, though i cannot prove health related problemsMy roof is very oldi inherited it from my husband who passedi actually don't have any money coming in, but there have been many birds and animals getting into holes on the sides of the roof and i can't get up into the attic to trap the squirrels for a bunch of reasons, nor do i have money to get a new roof or animal control, so they are dying up there but more are always coming ini'm in a very very dire situation, and very incapacitated myselfi really really need a free roof, ASAPDo you think i can get help for a free roof?What is your advice about that as far that as far as insurance covering anything like this?i'm pretty sure the two hurricanes that came through NJ, about 10 or more years ago, had something to do with tearing the edges upi just found out about the edgesAlso, more tornadoes and tornado threats are frequently coming through here these daysi'm really bummed, most of the creatures coming in started happening this year, after he died and checks stopped, which weren't that much, but at least it was somethingi'm not a senior yet, i'm 56Thank you🐦

I applied online to HAF for mortgage assistance the application process wasn't difficult, my case worker is Kalyn, she was great, professional, I got approved for the grant for my past due mortgage payments, that saved us from foreclosure and homelessness Thank God for the HAF program

My daughter is buying it from my old landlord It’s in her name It’s very old, built in 1952 I am disabled AND a senior citizen I do receive SS and SSI I do pay a partial payment and help with some of the property taxes But, the house is unlevel, roof leaks, I’m sure there’s mold I just stay out of those rooms I do all I CAN to pay what I can, fix what I can but, I’m old The ole gray mare ain’t what she used to be Ha! I was approved for the partial claim, I'm in the process of getting our paper work notarized I was just wondering what happens to the money we paid while in forbearance? We were in forbearance a total of 18 months during that time we paid $7,500 On the paper work it shows we owe the total of 19,000 I thought what we paid during the forbearance would be deducted from the total balance
