Tip #4 is a huge one that I've been trying to implement more and more in recent past (also because I read The Almanack of Naval Ravikant 😆) This mindset shift is huge though as you said, it doesn't necessarily apply to every situation, but as long as you are using that time gained from outsourcing in another productive way, it makes a ton of sense Great video all around man!
