Putting my phone in Spanish would be frustrating for about a week and I am a Spanish native 😄 I'm used to reading everything in English and some words on the phone are translated in a weird way for me I find it to be the same for every interface, like my computer, tv, gaming system etc The worst one was when I put my phone in Japanese without even learning hiragana all the way 🤣

Hey! Just wanted to share that ChatGPT has been a huge help with my language journey… just be aware… the more questions you ask it (if you really dig into why something is the way it is) it can get confusing… so just have slight caution but it has worked wonders

These all this I can realistically do, with school and just with it all not getting exhausting or boring, I really appreciate it :D I got 2 books to use , one in English and one in Spanish They are the I survived books, so not super hard and skinny in size I’m excited and hopefully one day will retype this in Spanish lol

The music one is facts!!! I came from the midwest where spanish is very rare, so to listen to music in your off time is a great way to learn new words/verbs/conjugations/tenses and how they're used in context!!

Any pointers or tops help I just started using the Duolingo app When it comes to watching TV in Spanish, I might give watching more Lucha Libre I get an education and watch some great wrestling at the same time While I'm learning I'm also trying to figure out how the Spanish word is similar to the English word

My whole entire family is puerto rican, and i'm puerto rican & black, but i grew up in my grandparents house and my mom never really made an effort to teach me spanish, so i only know little fragments of spanish since my grandparents spoke english and spanish But my boyfriend is full puerto rican and his whole family only speaks spanish and i went to his house 2 times and i felt so bad because his family kept trying to talk to me but i never could understand what they were saying unless he translated, and i ended up sitting in his room the whole time But watching this video, and knowing learning spanish could benefit me so much in the future, i'm going to try to spend as much time as i can learning so i can have more opportunities when im older and be able to communicate with my family & my boyfriends family

I learned by taking a full spanish book and reading it, sentance at a time, and backtracking often to the chapter i just finished, until after a couple months i read and had total understanding of the entire book, and could re-read without using a translator And all my friends were still learning colors on DuolingobrbrThe problem/issue I see that many people have is they they need immerse themselves fully in content in the language, and you'll learn fast

Practice is right! I started learning Korean and Spanish and traveled and was getting better in both languages but went I went back to my country and didn't get to interact as much, I don't recall as much as I did But I am happy to get back to learning languages again* ❤
