If there is a shortage on products like toilet paper and paper towels, why does a store allow a single customer to purchase their entire stock? It seems the manager should be explaining this when a customer is filling up the back of a pickup and their utility trailer with cases and more cases of tissue and thre is no more anywhere inside the store
