Hi man, i've stumbled upon this video before Iam in the process of learning to draw better(don't know if i'm doing it right) At some point after getting better at traditional art(don't know when) I want to do it digitally The thing is Iam now trying to draw arms, I know the muscles and all but i'm find of facing difficulties in drawing it from certain angles Sometimes here and there I draw without any reference but I don't know how to find whats wrong with what i've drawn(even though I know there is something wrong) Iam finishing this comment here its already too much 😂 Love your content ❤

May i ask, from where and what do i learn first to do drawing? My goal is to be able to sketch around similar level to those anime animatics(and maybe further learn how to details and colour it), but don't know what to do firstbrbrbrIt's like picking the first skill for character in rpg, if you understand what i mean I asked around and so far responses says to just copy artworks or draw what i like, which just undermine the question and my point: copy≠understanding(like the difference between memorising math formula and understanding the concept itself)brbrbrI hope you can teach me how to start and slowly reach my goal🙏🗿

Yes true! I was having a hard time with drawing heads until I studied the skull from all angles! It makes it easier with proportions too brbrAlthough I don't go into too much detail, I try to get the basic skeleton structure so it's makes it more fun to draw the body!

I would actually disagree If you mean learning to draw bones, I assume the whole skeleton And yes, having studies about the whole skeleton, and studying the skull and some basic building forms like the hip and the rib cage, yes But going into deep down study drawings of bones are not effective, unless you want to draw bones It's much more important to learn forms and short cuts for anatomy stylization Line work, being inspired how different artists stylize, That's much more important Doing copies of bones anatomy, without deconstructing it and making it your own, is just that, copying And yes, if you want to copy, that's nice But I've been animating and it's much more important to be able to rotate forms and stylizing, being able to draw from memory, and focusing on every bone is not effective, in my opinion Your drawings just seem like nice looking copies of drawings, I would suggest breaking down the anatomy into shortcuts you can recreate, and see in references
