I have been trying to remember the name of a game for a long long while, and thought this is the perfect place to ask Would be better to ask it under your Ninja Warriors longplay, but I wanted to make sure you guys come across thisbrbrThis is an 8-bit side-scrolling ninja game which I used to play on my generic 8-bit system I can swear it was called Ninja Ryuken (just Ryuken, not Ryukenden) but none of the Ryukenden games is remotely like the one I remember The ninja had a shuriken attack and would use a sai in close quarters No other special movesbrbrThe most memorable detail about it is that you would hold the attack button with any one of the four direction keys and release to cast a spell That meant you had 4 fixed spells and they weren't modifiable or interchangeable One of the spells I remember would bring down a number of leaves slowly falling down from above and the leaves would freeze any mob upon contact If I remember correctly, it was cast by holding down the attack button together with down on the d-pad Any ideas, dear WoL veterans?
