Salam Sir Inverter SMPS gradually increase output voltage after start up from 12V to 25V kindly suggest the solution Check the voltage feedback circuit it's ok And some time it run perfect Kindly suggest the solution

Sir ji mene ek uc3842 se SMPS bnaya hai usme ek problem arhi hai ki jab open circuit me chack krte hai tab output 1125v-1190v ke bich me fluctuating horha hai or jab kisi load ke sath chack krte hai tab 12v complete batta hai or isme aapne jese optocupler ko disconnect kar ke btya hai vese mene kiya tab output fluctuating nhi hota or output 30v tak ata hai or iske feedback ko chack kiya sab shi hai new component se replace bhi kiya par same problem ho rhi hai

Salam M Haseeb, i hope you are doing fine I have approx the same circuit but i do have fluctuations in the VCC Capacitor of the PWM (22mf 50v), i changed the resistor (330K) but still fluctuations, any idea where to look at ? thanks & salam aleikum

Sir in my atx power is coming 5v in standby purple wire but the opitput in 12v is keep flacuating and when i connect load like i conect 12v battery indicator and the led are going 12v to 0 wait rapidly and blinking again and again whats is the problem

The most helpful thing I learnt in this video is how to troubleshoot by removing the output pins of optocoupler and replacing them with a diode in order to force the primary side to work even if the secondary side is faulty If the output becomes stable, we know that the primary side is good and if there is a short on the secondary side, the shorted component will heat up within seconds We can touch the components and make sure which component is abnormally hot On the other hand, if the output voltage remains fluctuating, we know that the fault is on the primary side because we have sulimulated the secondary side to operate correctly with the help of the diode I hope what I understood from this lesson is what you intended teach Thank you my friend! Keep the vidoes coming! Your channel already has more videos on SMPS than all others I know
