They pick drives me crazy I use my fingers so I can actually practice & not spend all my time on this damn pick!! Specially on up strokes Any advice? By the way great video! Really enjoyed that one that mute’s strings It’s tricky & I have small arms & hands

Good explanation, but you may also wanna teach how to strum without a pick Eg I find a good way is to use your thumb for downstrokes and your index finger for upstrokes, so actually two fingers instead of one pick People who have a classical guitar may prefer to play without a pick, because on nylon strings fingers sound much brighter while pick attack noise is unpleasant Cheers, Farmboy
