The only one I would disagree with is the Kirkland It’s a very high spin ball and I believe it would exaggerate the misses of mid handicap players I’d aim more for a lower spinning urethane ball Comment from : Jerad Webb |
I've been playing the Chrome Soft for years I found a Callaway Super Hot in some tall grass and decided I'd try out "the funny orange ball" Honestly, best ball for me that I've ever hit I'm getting better distance and accuracy off the tee and have had no short game issues I haven't tried the ERC I'll have to try it out, but still haven't been able to lose the Super Hot I found Comment from : Henry Gates |
I'm using whatever ball I find in the woods when I was looking for my ball in the woods Comment from : Richard Joyce |

Thanks!! When I was younger and working I could afford a golf club membership Now I’m retired and the membership was just too much money for monthly dues and the every other year “assessment” ($5K) I still have dozens of Titleist golf balls I found on that course Anyway, I was pleased to see the ERC Soft the list I’m not going to change until Callaway stops making them Dave Pelz, short game and putting guy says play the same ball ALL THE TIME Different balls do go different distances Amateurs play different balls all the time and wonder why they are inconsistent Duh! Comment from : J McCarthy |

I’m a 158 handicap player(was as low as 98) with a 105-108mph driver speed and as I naturally launch the ball to high with heaps of spin I needed a low launch/low spin ball and I’ve used the titleist AVX and scored my 1st ever eagle with it from 128 metres out(140 yards) and I love that ball, but as it’s a mid compression ball I wanted to try something a bit firmer I stumbled across the Bridgestone tour B X and I’ve found a gem of a ball, can hold greens and get great distance and it goes great in the wind,1st time I used it,it was blowing 21kph winds and I hit 10/14 fairways so I’ll be using that ball for a while in competition but for practice I’ll use the AVX Comment from : michael gillies |

Been using Wilson Triads Did break par for the first time on 9 holes last year 34 on par 35 brThe only downside is you really need to draw your own line on them for putting Its hard to see when you step back to look over your alignment if the sun is in the wrong position otherwise Comment from : tigcarn |
Callaway SuperSoft (red or orange) at $2299-2499 But I've actually used about 3 of them this year, as I mostly use up what I find on the course, assuming they have some pop Wilson Duo Soft seem nice, too, but I' m sure the Srixson and MaxFli versions are just fine, toobrbrThe SuperSofts seem to last forever Comment from : Leonard Blush |
Using Wilson Staff Duo Soft and Im a 12 handicap Comment from : Dan McFall |

I’m about an 18 handicap and I use the Wilson duo soft, cut red, and the callaway warbird Usually it depends on which of the 3 I can find on sale My current favorite is the cut red Comment from : tizdizzley |

What would recommend for slow speed women?? Most brands sell low compression balls 50 even down to 35 on some brands For the older women with little speed but reasonable swing,, di these balls offer any benefit of adding spin on short iron > wedge scoring shots?? Comment from : Kirk Flury |

Taylormade distance+ 10 handicap Comment from : Ethan Turpin |
When I first started feeling confident got a dozen Taylormade Tour Responses and instantly improved They're forgiving but spin enough that I could learn to shape shots They were really great and 10 bucks cheaper than a TP5! Comment from : Nick |
I'm a somewhat sandbagged 10 GHIN I am slowly using up my Kirkland balls at about 1 per round - either I lose a ball or scuff the cover I already have a 5-dozen bulk purchase of Snell MTB Black balls In a couple of years, when I need to buy more balls, I'll buy a 3-piece ball, urethane cover, optimized for high launch Comment from : James Calkins |
13 hdcp I hit a lower flight penetrating shot that only gets medium spin, so it doesn't necessarily benefit me to play a premium ball I have played many rounds with Srixon Z-Star XV and have found that I get almost the same performance with the Q-Star Tour So I'm saving a few bucks!!! Comment from : Ed Mathias |
12 handicap, been using the QStar Divide for three years now I llive in Florida and play all year I use the yellow orange combo I can see it everywhere Comment from : Gerry Morcom |
As long as I don't hit the cart path or a fence, I can use the same ProV1 for about 3-5 rounds Assuming I don't lose it in a lake Lol 11HCPbrbrI've tried all kinds of different balls trying to save money, but unfortunately I can feel and see a performance difference I just buy a box at a time and don't even worry about the price anymore Comment from : Robin Ortega |
15 handicap, was playing Chrome Soft but I am switching to Kirkland Signature Comment from : IrwinElGrande |
Played the new Kirkland and it’s okay Yes the cover marks up easily For me saw a distant drop off about a club Might be launching higher with spin and losing yardage Green side play is good and putts well Good price point for 2 dozen Comment from : Scott O |
Im surprised there were no VICE balls on your list, see you using them in every video, and at $32 a dozen for the Pro and Pro Plus, 2 balls I find every bit as good as any higher end ball, reasonably priced I havent played any of the 3 you named in the video but have found some in the woods, lol, dont ask why I was over there Cheers! Comment from : Richard Burger |

Vice Tour Comment from : Stein Norland |

Wilson triad 15 Comment from : d proffitt |
PXG Extreme should be on this list At $3999 per Dozen, it performs like a ProV1X and at a much-reduced cost I am a 11 Handicapper and have been enjoying the distance off the tee and soft feel around the greens and for putting I moved from Callaway Chrome Soft Comment from : Sanjay Sridhar |
I’m a 13 handicap I use the Vice Pro Plus, I love this ball for my high swing speed and give me touch around the green I’m about to compare that with the Oncore x2 Let me know if there anymore o should try Comment from : Jack Kiefer |

I have tried and lost most, I don't like Titleist too clicky off the face I really like the alignment aid on the TM Tour Response Stripe, they also feel very nice off the face and when putting Comment from : John Coyne |
Currently playing Titliest Tour Speed I’m playing off 37 I’ve been ball testing Im about to move into Srixon Z Star Im looking for more consistency into the green from around 140 and in With the tour speed I will occasionally get a low spin flyer For me it’s slightly unpredictable The Z Star is more consistent for how I deliver the club Comment from : david eubank |
I use Kirkland golf balls, gloves, and Kirkland wedges and am very with each My short game has improved dramatically since I bought the wedges The gloves are top notch and the balls are good for my game I was happy to get a couple dozen of the new v3 balls a couple weeks ago They are supposed to be more durable than the v2 balls featured in this video Love Kirkland’s golf offerings (I haven’t tried the putter yet) I played with our local pro’s father-in-law last week and he just calls me Mr Kirkland Comment from : Jim Hays |

Kirkland krew Comment from : Kaumu Clemente |
I shoot 90-95 usually and my favorite is Wilson Staff Triad About 40€ per pack it is not too expensive, but the feel for me is kind of same if I would play with more expensive balls Super nice from tee and around green and putting - also very good - not too firm and not too bouncy - just enough everything! Comment from : R V |
