As Addition to this video: I recommend for every technique that contains a load of WATER, to add Acrylicbinder or a „thinning-medium“ for acrylics to it To much water destroys the molecular structure of the acrylicpaint It can cause worse aging, bad adhesion, dulled colorvibrancy and the pigments gets more damage from UV, fugitive pigments will change lot faster The acrylicbinder is lik a a protection for the pigments

For soft edges use a makeup brush, for no bleeding under masking tape go over the tape with a few layers of medium and let them dry before applying paint

You really should not to do wet in wet like that with acrylics, there is no binder left in paint when you do like that, its really bad for the painting Same with the drips, way too much water You should use different mediums and just a little water if needed
