If School A's tuition is $50k and offers $20k annual scholarship, and School B's tuition is $20k and offers $5k annual scholarship, can we still appeal the scholarship to School B? Or is that not an option because School B's tuition (even with no scholarship) is still cheaper than School A with a scholarship?

Nice job, thanks for this info What if a reach school that accepts you does not offer any scholarship and a safety school offers a large scholarship? Is there any risk in asking the reach school for the full amount the safety offered or is there nothing to lose? Thanks again!
