Wow you are doing great with the activity points, I see you have 2-3 walks a day and over an hour workout! I also do online workouts, walking, and pilates So far I have only gotten up to 2 activity points a day, need to get going!

Thanks for the info Dee I’ve never used my weeklies - how do we go about doing that? Is it simply just using more points that we are allotted each day, or do we somehow need to move the weeklies into our Dailey budget?

I’ve found with my garmin if do a “run” activity (I walk) I get points for the tracked activity and points for the steps It’s like double dipping for the same thing Not sure if apple does the same thing But it looks like you turned on a tracking “workout” on your watch and it tracked your steps

Thank you for this video I do a Leslie Sansone video on YouTube most days I've never tried the obe videos but I am glad you introduced it I would like to try one of the stretching ones on there Eventually I might add strength training but I don't feel anywhere near ready for that yet

Since I am on-line only I am going to watch you to be my WW leader Because you are so informative!! Thank you for all you do! I am going to love the new plan so much I am 72 years old and raising one of my granddaughters I am having trouble with my back and hips and I have trouble walking I’m going to a Specialist So my question is, does it make a difference if I am slower in walking than these younger people? I just know I can’t reach for a certain number! I do have a fit bit I haven’t used in a long time Your information is wonderful! And I can start “somewhere!”
