Thank you for sharing - I want to eventually wean myself off of sugar but I do like sweets I haven't used the bars on WW I like sliced gala apples with a very small amount of peanut butter, oatmeal cookies with sugar free cool whip( one cookie is 2 points), cantaloupe sliced into bite size pieces, Laughing Cow with Triscuit, graham cracker with peanut butter, cucumber and a small amount of dill dip Caught the joke but your hair looks great
