You can expect from the most part 90 not 100 unless you sell to someone who wants it themselves I work at a pawn shop that specializes in coins and 90 is standard for gold coins unless there is numismatic value to the coin

Behind this whole question of selling is a foundational tenet for stacking: only put $ into gold and silver that you have high confidence you won’t need for at least 10 years When you’re not speculating, the “how much will you get for your metals” issue is MUCH easier to solve

A private sale has always been on my mind when it comes to selling Gold, as there are benefits that would be great to it that you just would not get in a sale with a shop or bullion dealer online but it does come with risks, so in that case i would bring a friend as a witness of some sorts and maybe find a secure location

For exchange you are absolutely correct, Eagle and Buffalos in America But I buy to keep and for beauty, so my collection is random from everywhere in the world No two alike, almost I did buy several Eagles, but for a collecting reason I wanted the complete series, one each of the Roman Numeral coins, 1986 to 1991 I was going to collect one of each year in total, and still might, but first some of the different coins I'll probably lose on a sell unless someone like me just has to have that special coin
