I get the point, but that doesn't get you off the hook - you still need to race from business to business, dealing with the same fires IN ADDITION TO learning how to train your replacement in each business That first hire will be the hardest b/c of all the extra fires from the adjustment process, but with each new hire, you'll have 1/9th less headaches, so overall, tough strategy short term, good one long term

I'm doing that right now Too many businesses and I run myself too thin I started to focus on one business and in 4 months time I went from barley making the bills to making 4 grand profit a month It's only getting better from here
