How about instead of telling the man how pretty and shiny it is as your sales pitch, you tell him about how you won’t fuck him over when he comes in for a service, how you’ll honor the warranty he pays for when the vehicle inevitably fucks up because they’re all junk these days, and how he’ll get treated like a customer instead of ignored like he doesn’t exist, which is how it is in most car dealerships Oh wait, you won’t do any of those things which is why you aren’t saying it 😂

I love your content first of all I will say that I don't like when car sales people try to sell me for their reasons I went to Mercedes Benz and this sales women tried to do the walk around and tell me a bunch of stuff I already knew and did not care about She did not ask me anything about why I was looking at Mercedes or why I wanted a specific modelnothing just a bunch of telling me how great they are The more she tried to sell me the more I resisted She probably needs your help but the bottom line is I people buy for their reasons not the sales persons reasons If I find someone who I think is pushing me for their reasons I leave I left mercedes and purchased 4 BMW's and 2 Audi's from a different dealer and have since been back 8-10 times for service, wheels, tires, ect My next car will be another BMW M3 because I know I can walk in and buy without someone trying to "sell me" for their reasons

I was someone who formerly hated sales guys Until I realized that literally everything is sales Everything that someone does, they were sold on doing it These comments validate the importance of knowing the person you are selling It's easy to object when you know you are being sold (ie watching sales training videos on YouTube) But many of you do not realize that sales and negotiation is everywhere in life You can cringe but clearly this works on someone, and a great sales guy will switch his approach to make you buy Most people objections are just ego based feeling proud they wouldn't buy
