A tip that I have is to hold most of your money in your savings account instead of your chequings account! So when you go to spend money, you are forced to look at your bank account to transfer money over and it almost makes you feel a little guilty It's also slightly annoying which deters you from spending more lol

Yes! The word budget also doesn't have to be a negative word - it should be thought of as a neutral and something you are in control of! It doesn't just mean it's restrictive - it's just how your money works for your life!
