Verizon was reported to within days of my cell being lost accidentally during a move They continued to bill me even though I cancelled autopay after calling and cancelling my service since I could not afford another cell at the time The continued to bill me 3 months later still charging and pushed auto pay through anyway, costing me $36 overdraft on my account I was closing since they refused to remove autopay Again this month, they send an email bill again and refused to acknowledge my cancellation of service due to lost cell 4 months ago They can clearly see my cell number has had no usage whatsoever, yet the rep now says the cancellation did not happen til last month, so I have another charge This is either poor record keeping or flat out fraud brThe final straw with this bogus company was after going over all these facts and placed on hold for over 2 hours, the lady hung up on me when I told her the cancellation date she had quoted was not correct

Safety Mode is free in the New Verizon Plan and there is a Single Line plan now for individuals and supports employer discounts, so definitely a much better deal for a single line on the network That is of course if you really just can’t purchase a phone upfront

Prepaid also doesn’t offer insurance for devices, if you do what this guy says and buy a XS MAX outright for $1249 and put it on Prepaid and it’s lost/stolen/damaged/water damaged/ or defective over a year, you can do absolutely nothing about it because you can’t insure your device, insurance is not a prepaid feature

Verizon customer here Have three phones on unlimited family plan $256/mo That’s for a iPhone 7 plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 5s My iPhone 7 plus has $33/mo installment The iPhone SE was $99 upfront but required a $40/mo line access contract and drop to $20/mo once contract is full filled The iPhone 5s is paid and off contract So if all of my phones are paid and off contract, I will save an additional $53 Which still puts me at $203/mo Still a lot of money I definitely am looking at alternatives

Too bad you got wrong information brPrepaid does not have 1: roaming, 2: not option for protection plan ,3 no employee discount or auto pay discount , 4: not phone discount , 5 not financial option to buy a new top of the line smartphone, 6: different customer service support ,7: no option to add a tablet or smartwatch, 8: not billing or calling record , does not help you with your credit , 9 : option to bill and accessories to the next bill Etcetera There are more reasons that I can not mention for privacy policies
