I got a Total by Verizon Phone and Plan The phone became inoperable within 2 weeks I went to a Verizon Store where I was told it isn't their phone or plan I returned it to Total by Verizon (per contact with Tech Support ) A MONTH AGO Numerous calls and I still have no phone!
