Hello, you talk about freezing milks and yogurts and other dairy, when you do does it change the texture of the milk or yogurt? and like the milk does it expand and leak? I know to freeze cheese and coffee creamers but wasnt sure of milk and some other When i freeze cream cheese it makes it crumbly, but have you ever frozen cottage cheese and sour cream? Nope, zero works for me,only tiny freezer Plus I live alone, no big bulk storage in my small cottage Lastly, I try to buy local and organicI’d rather eat better quality items… even if I spend a few more dollars I don’t eat highly processed food(nothing in boxes etc) and no sugar-so I save a lot more $ for good, wholesome, real food Comment from : Barb6106

I would suggest looking at the ads before going to the stores I find it too noisy etc in the supermarket, so I list all the spectacular deals Before I leave the house😊br Also - I don't know if every supermarket does this - but I always look in the meat department for manager's special markings & prices You usually have to go before 11am to find any These are usually Meats that are set to expire so they're on super sale As long as you use them or freeze them great deals can be had Manager's specials are just luck of the draw, but I always have my eyes peeled & ask the meat/butcher person if available Comment from : M

It’s greast to save money but I think we should be aware of doctors advice such as dr Gundry and Dr Berg and Dr Shawn baker and Dr Ken Berry among others Beans give people soo much gas and they have lectins Maybe they are healthy but many people have been healed from keto or carnivore diet Also it’s recommended to pay attention to the food the chickens ate and eggs to buy quality Maybe buying bulk from a farm is a good suggestion?
