I buy silver eagles The cost of just digging up the silver is only going to go up It takes on average 10 years to get a mine approved for mining You’ll get your money back after a few years I wouldn’t worry about the premium

I know there are states that do accept gold and silver and legal tender Wouldn’t generics be affected by that? Would love to hear back thanks I am new to silver and just wanted that cleared

Problem I if you go to sell these down the road a US mint coin is recognized by the average person You go to the local butcher he would much rather take a silver eagle than a buffalo round or especially a blank Wyoming passed a bill to take US minted bullion coin to pay your taxes Missouri is doing the same and I believe Utah and Oklahoma are following Wyoming Montana and Idaho are working on it Yes you pay more now but you get easy transferability with coins that have been minted by US Mint/DeptTreasury

Only my first 2 months of stacking, and I got very lucky with a LCS I’m picking up nothing but Walking liberty half’s, Benjess, barbers, mercury dimes, and even some standing quarters all for 20x face!!! Also ASEs for $34!??! No tax included 🤫 and he just sold me a mint 1/10 oz maple for $200 today!! I got very lucky!

Do you think the security feature could be faked with a very small file and some fine sand paper? I have sold (traded) a bunch of Silver Eagles for 10 oz Provident Silver Bars and gained a lot of ounces even after paying for shipping My free Silver Dragon came yesterday - Looks great! Id suggest buying these up if you can afford it, I cant but if I had the money id get a tube or 2 every year, I really do feel like the Mint will discontinue eagles all together one day and the prices will skyrocketBUT thats not a good stacking goal or strategy thats a flipping/numismatic way of thinking lolIll get one becasue I have a collection of each year but thats it

Well, from a patriotic point of view, pple can simply buy the cheaper and also made in the USA silver bullion products made by Sunshine mint or Scottsdale mint They are all US private mints and their silver bullions carry much lover premiums than US official government mint

Yeah I prefer the type 1s way more and the ASEs are definitely my favorite bullion coin so I will be getting 1 or 2 each year to add to a tube but won't be Stacking at those prices I think the security feature is a joke Really how hard would it be to fake a missing reed? I could do it with a vice and a file As of right now, my goal is to stack 100 Oz's in each nation's coin I sure hope they get back to normal prices sometime soon My LCS was selling them at 29 and even that's ridiculously high

My favorite online dealer ( money metals) just sent a news letter stating the premiums on silver eagles are to high! and they sell them! I bought 5/ 2022,s just because i dont own anypretty honest,they lay out the scenario of why" not really a good investment planning on a future profit" thousands out there,in other words not really rare or collectible per sei,ll stick to 5 and call it a dayi have a pile of rounds and 5 oz bars i bought yrs ago cheapi,ll stick to constitutional junk and morgans
