Yeah they don’t care about the customer they want u to leave somewhat happy just so u don’t come back I worked at a very wealthy dealership and they a kid a beat up lancer that wasn’t even inspected properly, looked like it hadn’t had a oil change in 10k miles and engine blew up 2-3 days after he drove it off the lot, it had 100k miles, and the managers did not wanna help this kid at all, eventually after a week or 2 they did tho

Guys half of this shit is illegal now you can’t hold 10 points of apr on a 750 credit score Legally it’s 2 points ask for the buy rate or the print out of the approval pro tip brbrBecause most finance mangers will use a loop hole in the law and show you the worst apr from the worst bank They have a better approval they are holding in their back pockets so finance can give you a “coupon” and now that warranty magically fits into the payment you agreed with the salesman so it looks like it’s only 10 dollars a month with this coupon But in reality it’s usually 60 bucks of pure warranty coverage they are shoving down your throat brbrI don’t believe in that shit I sell on merit and value if you can’t show why something is worth a customers money your a bad salesman or it’s a bad product I only work for dealers that have integrity or at least leave me be My sales numbers and referrals usually out weigh the minor brinsubornation I bring along 😂
