That is just it, if it was an analog signal a more expensive cable may help I just would not spend thousands of dollars on it Don't buy the cheapest one you can find but look for a good brand that is not expensive If it lasts, a $20 cable may be worth it Now if it shows signs of being defective return or exchange it

Never heard of cables made out of steel, aren't they usually made out of aluminium? When shopping for cables you usually have the choice betweeen copper coated aluminium, pure copper/OFC or fancy Silver wires/copper coated with silver

I hate these things Some of them have half wires missing brTry using HDMI switches and splitters Hell will come your way very quicklybrIt wont matter how much you pay Most likely you pay for looks and not its functionalitybrThicker wires does not mean ALL wires are there Many of not most MFG's put minimum required wires inside so it will work ONE WAYbrSplitters will make you throw away 90 of your HDMI cables regardless of the price

deffinately not all the same shorter cables are better than long ones, my old cable was long it was flashing the screen constantly i thought it was broke so i bought a new 10 meter cable screen was still flashing occasionally so i bought a 3 meter cable its not fashing no more!

There are only actually a handful of companies that terminate HDMI cables and are licensed adopters and they are all based in China You will not find a completely manufactured HDMI cable from the US or Canada Chances are if you did find one it would be priced so high it wouldn't be worth buying
